The final delivery of a project requires high levels of competence in installation on site.
At JTC the installation teams are fully integrated with our design and production planning facility for maximum installation efficiency and contract performance.
Effective project management is essential in the delivery of a successful project which starts at the project planning stage to produce an installation programme. Together with the designers and the production planners the project management team ensure that the required delivery sequence is managed with components correctly identified room by room.
Installation is carried out using a combination of trained JTC installers and our established network of experienced labour only subcontractors. Site management is led by a Senior Contracts Manager with teams of Contracts Managers, Site Supervisors and Installers all overseen by our Health and Safety Coordinator.
Our teams work with the main contractors to ensure the smooth running of the contract in accordance with method statements and regular site meetings.
There is a formal handover procedure to ensure client satisfaction with OEM manuals, test certification and care & maintenance information.
