Dougal co-founded JTC Furniture Group with his father and brother in 1986. He is an experienced General Manager with over 30 years experience working in manufacturing, costing and sales roles.
Ron has over forty years experience in the manufacture of furniture products, he is a time served joiner and as a founding member of JTC he is now Managing Director of our manufacturing sites with an overall responsibility for production.
In addition to looking after the operational organisation since 2001, Gordon has responsibility for the Financial Direction of the business. As a Chartered Accountant he is experienced in the management of business administration and financial control.
With our key customers in mind, Terry has the responsibility for UK Business Development across our market sectors. With over twenty years sales experience he is skilled in the development of relationships with customers and works very closely with Dougal steering JTC's strategic direction with a strong market perspective.
As a Member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, Donald is very experienced in the development of supply chains and in developing our
manufacturing awareness. He is a founding member of JTC along with his brother and as Purchasing Director is in charge of our supplier excellence programme ensuring we offer the best possible environmental performance.
Responsible for the management of commercial contracts and project management across all business sectors, Tommy is committed to the smooth running of all legal and commercial negotiations and the development of partnering arrangements. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Frank has many years experience in sales management and looks after our kitchen sales operation. Having spent his working life in kitchen business development, he understands all aspects of the kitchen market and takes personal pride in the levels of service his customers enjoy.
Mr J T Chalmers is the founder of JTC Furniture Group and still takes an active role in the development of the business. His experience of the market spanning over sixty years and the people with whom he has built up relationships with is invaluable. Mr Chalmers is a member of the Institute of Patentees & Inventors and has been a leading innovator in joinery components many of which are now commonly used in the products of today.
